Thika Bunker Hub is a first-of-its-kind, purpose-built underground bunker complex proposed for Thika Sub-County, Kiambu County. The project is fully funded and will be procured through eligible, prequalified EPC contractors on a Design and Build basis, with official commencement targeted for October 2026.
